What Is Move It Outside?

Celebrated during National Turn Off the TV Week, Move It Outside™ is designed to encourage youth, families, schools and communities to head outside with a Frisbee® and enjoy the outdoors. Celebration ideas include organizing a school-wide field day featuring Frisbee activities or playing games such as Ultimate Frisbee®, Frisbee® golf, and Frisbee® bocce during phys ed.
