Health education materials - Monthly school wellness messages
Developed by WISE SNAC, a program of the Health Promotion Council made possible through funding by the North Penn Community Health Foundation and collaboration with the North Penn, Souderton Area and Wissahickon School Districts.
WISE SNAC's monthly health messages, geared toward schools and families are available each month from September through June. Monthly message are available one month in advance to allow ample time for planning events and activities around each of the monthly themes.
